The location of this place is just off the Lakes.

We had a brilliant stay in Buttermere so close to an excellent cafe, the grounds, and hikes. Food for breakfast was outstanding. Huge and outstanding rooms and we really enjoyed it...

Ideal location! It was just a quick 10-minute drive from Haystacks Hill. 🚗 We had a fantastic weekend here.

The kitchen and two bathrooms were great for a family with kids. the loft bedroom with a spiral staircase was a lovely surprise. the apartment had a verandah with a view of the hillside and a charming stream nearby. the Bridge hotel, just a stroll away, served top-notch meals at reasonable prices. the bar had a great ambiance, seating, and friendly staff. Parking was convenient. the location in Buttermere, a remote part of the Lake District, was perfect for hiking and exploring the area.

Felt very lucky to have found this gem of a place, no reason to complain.

The room had large windows overlooking a beautiful garden, and we enjoyed staying here; the location is great with several pubs nearby.

Spacious and modern apartments with great views of the hillside. Conveniently located near a bar with excellent meals. Good parking facilities. Ideal for walkers with beautiful walking trails nearby. Will definitely return.

The self-catering apartments were spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The loft bedroom with a spiral staircase added a unique touch. I also enjoyed sitting on the verandah, with a view of the hillside and the peaceful sounds of the nearby stream. The meals at the nearby bar were absolutely top-notch, some of the best I've had while traveling. The prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly. Parking was easy with a good-sized parking lot.

I did not notice that there was an additional charge for towels, which was stated somewhere. Another downside was that the apartment was too far from the hotel lobby to get a good WiFi signal.

Comfy, warm, and well-located accommodation with beautiful walks nearby. Facilities listing in the app was accurate, and internet access available. Good hearty food and local beer selection at the nearby bar. Lovely staff and ample parking. Would definitely stay again.

The location of these apartments is absolutely jaw-dropping, surrounded by breathtaking views and perfect for hiking. The staff at the hotel and bar were super accommodating and pleasant, and the food at the bar was mind-blowing. The apartments were very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free parking, an electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, a flat-screen TV. The bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a day of hiking, and the restaurant served delicious meals. It was also a bonus that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on site. a truly amazing stay!

We stayed in the self catering apartments at Bridge Hotel and found them to be slightly retro in style, but very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. the staff at the hotel were exceptionally pleasant, and we enjoyed a couple of delicious meals there. the location in beautiful Buttermere is remote and perfect for those who love walking and exploring the surrounding valleys, lakes, and fell ranges. the hotel is also dog-friendly, and there is a convenient bus service adjacent to the property, making it easy to access without a car. we had a great stay and felt it offered good value for money. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.
